As a follower of Christ we are called to see everyone the way Christ sees them. Can we do this on our own? No way! We need to live our life in and through Jesus. We need the eyes of Christ, we need his strength and humility. This theme of how we treat other people doesn’t start with the gospels but instead it’s a theme that runs all through scripture. This Sunday, we will take some time to consider how “love covers a multitude of sins” and how walking in God’s love can give us the freedom to become the salt and light of the world.
