Gospel PartnersHow do we have real unity? Throughout history, the Christian church has divided itself over many different issues, but we must remain united in the truth of the Gospel. In Galatians 2:1-10, Paul is furious to find the Christian church being led back into spiritual bondage by false brothers. These false brothers were preventing the gentile churches from experiencing and enjoying the freedom we have in Christ. Through his letter, Paul aimed to bring this church back to the heart of the Gospel. He powerfully shows that true unity comes when we live from our identity as the bride of Christ. Please pray for Pastor Josh and the team as they prepare the service. We are looking forward to what God is going to do this Sunday! For more infomation visit:

New Children's Ministry InternHalle Edelman! As of January 15th, 2024 - Deb Tiede will be stepping down from her role in Children’s Ministry and HamaElas to help support her family. We are so grateful for Deb and her ministry here, and are so glad she will continue as a volunteer! As we continue to move our vision forward, we believe internships are one of the best ways to help the next generation take their next steps with Jesus. Taking this into account, we are excited to announce we have hired Halle Edelman as a Children’s Ministry intern and that Lyann Kazakoff will take on the coordinator role for the Hama’elas role as an interim. Halle has served in Children’s Ministry as a volunteer for two and half years and has shown her growing character and deepening love, and trust in Jesus. Leora approached the church board with this particular hire and the decision was made by Leora, the Director of Children’s Ministry, and the CRBC board, to avoid any conflict of interest with the Lead Pastor. Halle will serve as an interim Children’s Ministry intern for the next 6 months and at that point we will reevaluate what our needs are as a staff and church before moving forward. We are so thrilled that by equipping another young leader we will be able to run the Children's Ministry well, helping more people to take their next steps with Jesus. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact our board chair Dale Stevens. |
