Blessed With A Desire To Worship

Our consumer culture programs us to think that worship is “all about us.” A great “worship experience” is often defined as one that people find convenient and entertaining. However, the Bible teaches that true worship is not about us; it’s about God. It’s all about praising him, celebrating his love, and renewing our relationship with him. God is the audience and is the one who should “get something out of it” (our adoration), and he is the one whom our worship should please.
