Know and do the will of God

Scripture: Matthew 6:25-34; 7:21

How do we respond to what is going on in the world right now? If God has a wonderful plan for our life, how can we discover what it is? Does it even matter what we do? 

We will be continuing the series “Why did Jesus say that?” This Sunday, we are on part 4 and will be talking about “knowing and doing the will of God.” Our worrying and obsessing about the future and trying to figure out the direct will of God will not add one single hour to our lives. It will certainly not make us happy or more like Jesus. But God’s will for our life is connected to knowing Jesus and what He wants to do through us. It’s following the example and call of Jesus on a regular basis.
